I decided to put the camera to good use after a long time, and since it was morning, it was a good opportunity. I could hear and see a lot of birds outside, but most of them were out of reach. So I went up to the terrace, where, although I couldn't really find many, since the birds were still far off, I managed to get a couple of good shots. Nothing special and rather generic, but I finally got the see the ability of my Canon 50mm f/1.8 Prime lens in terms of sharpness, reach, etc.
Shot at f/2.8, ISO 100, 1/640 seconds
Shot at f/2.8, ISO 100, 1/800 seconds
I chose f/2.8 for both photos because this lens is supposedly sharpest at that aperture, and even surpasses Canon 24-70mm L lens in terms of that. Both shots were taken seconds before the bird took off.
nice take :)
