Scanning The Lower Levels

A low-flying eagle against an out of focus Qutab Minar. This is my first half-good bird in flight photo. The Minar suffered from a shake because I was tracking the bird.
f/5.6, 55mm, ISO 200, 1/125 seconds

  1. Good stuff. In some ways, shooting a large bird with the 18-55 is easier than shooting the same with a longer lens.

Btw, it's a Pariah Kite, not an Eagle.

  2. Hehe. I'm not good at differentiating between birds. I waited for this one to take off from it position for almost 20 minutes.
